In every class we do there are a core amount of exercises that never change, we may add a variation to the exercise but as a whole the exercise will remain the same be it a squat in Bodypump a crunch in Cxworx or a warrior pose in Bodybalance.
The Intro class will aim to introduce you to the following core movements in that class how to correctly execute the exercise where that exercise works and most importantly what you should feel as you do that exercise.
The introductory class lasts for 30 minutes and is at a very light intensity so you won’t work up a massive sweat. The class uses a virtual screen to present the class and also has an instructor in the studio to assist you if you require and to advise you once you finish the class on your best path to attending more fitness classes.
We have three intro classes targeting some of our most popular and technical classes these are:
Intro to Bodypump – our strength and tone class which requires equipment (weights, bar, bench)
Intro to Cworx – our core strengthening class which requires equipment (Resistance Tube, Weights)
Intro to Bodybalance – our Yoga Tai Chi and Pilates class that requires no equipment (mat only)
Our instructors will have all the equipment ready to show you how to set up at the start of the class
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm happy and centred. BODYBALANCE is a 60 minute workout.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports, it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower, even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

RPM™ is our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.
RPM is available as a 45 minute workout
Spinning is a non-impact workout that takes place on a special Keiser stationary bike. It is a group exercise program in which participants work at their individual fitness levels. Take on this class with your inspiring spin instructor who will lead you on hill climbs, flats, interval training and mountain peaks. This class is for all levels and you are in control of your work out as you choose the gears for your workout. Instructors will be present to assist you with setting up your bike for a better spinning experience.

Boxercise is a whole body work out pushing your arms & legs to the limit, the time flies as you work on movement, agility and momentum. Soon you’ll become more comfortable with the punches enabling you to punch faster and burn even more calories. So don’t just stand there – get your gloves on!

Circuit Training is a 45 minute fun, fast paced class where you get to learn a variety of challenging exercises on lots of different equipment under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors including barbells, medballs, kettlebells, battle-ropes, steps and least but not least, your own bodyweight, which can sometimes be the most challenging piece of equipment to use!
It is a full body workout utilizing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) where you train at a high intensity for a set period of time followed by a rest period to get you ready for the next round. There are numerous benefits to HIIT training, including an increased metabolic rate in the hours post-exercise, allowing you to lose more weight provided your nutrition is on point! You get the same benefits as most other types of exercise in way less time, as it combines both resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.
Over the 45 minutes you will complete a few rounds of different circuits which are all made up of stations of different exercises using all of the equipment listed above. The class runs smooth like clockwork and every exercise can be easily adapted to make it easier or more challenging depending on your own personal training goals and needs.
Lane Coach is a 45 minute to 60 minute Swim workout with an emphasis on improving endurance, pace, technique and motivation. The sessions take place under the watchful eye of an experienced swim coach. Depending on a swimmer’s ability and the duration of the session, distances of between 1km and 3km are covered. Swimmers are divided into lanes based on ability with fast, medium and easy lanes.
Attending group training sessions is a great way of keeping motivated with the benefit of having an experienced coach on poolside to offer advice and support.
