A fun and enjoyable workout to music while in the water. This class is suited for all levels of fitness and aims to give you a total body workout combining cardio fitness, muscle conditioning and strength. No swimming skills are required to participate in this class.
One of the major advantages of an Aqua Aerobics class is that it has very low impact on muscles and joints greatly reducing the risk of injury and is therefore great for pregnant women and older people. Aqua Aerobics comes recommended by most
physiotherapists as an exercise form for injury rehabilitation.
