4 Week Introduction Course

Monday Nights – 9.15pm to 10.00pm

 

WOMENS COURSE – STARTS MID JANUARY

MENS COURSE – STARTS MID FEBRUARY

 

 

  • A great way to build water fitness in a fun environment
  • No previous water polo experience required
  • Participants must be able to swim and thread water in deep end
  •  

This 4 week course will include:

  • Attack & Defense Plays
